Privacy Policy
We try to collect as little personal information as we can, and to be straightforward about what we do with what we collect. This page explains our current practices.
Mythic Ventures, LLC is an independent software studio based in Carmel, Indiana. This policy covers the mythicventures.ai website. Our app, Mythic Relationships, has now launched and is governed by its own detailed privacy policy, which explains exactly what the app collects and the providers it relies on — see mythicrm.com/privacy. Section 5 below gives a short summary.
1. What we collect on this website
- Email correspondence. When you email us, we receive the email address you write from and whatever you choose to include in your message.
- Basic server logs. Like most websites, we may log standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and operational purposes. These logs are kept for a limited period.
This website does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and it does not track you across other sites.
2. How we use it
We use your email address only to reply to your message. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
3. Where it lives
Email you send us is handled by our email provider. Standard hosting providers may process request metadata as a necessary part of operating the site. We don't share your information with third parties beyond the service providers that help us run the Service. (The Mythic Relationships app relies on additional service providers, which are listed in its privacy policy.)
4. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@mythicventures.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to confirm that we do not sell your personal information (we do not). We'll honor those rights and respond within the timeframes those laws require.
5. The Mythic Relationships app
Mythic Relationships is a personal CRM that helps you stay close to the people who matter. In brief, the app collects your account email, the contacts you choose to sync from your phone, the relationship details and notes you create, photos you attach to a contact, and — when you use its AI features — the relevant context needed to generate a response. It offers a free plan and a paid subscription managed through the app stores. Mythic Relationships does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs, and it does not record your microphone or sell your information.
To run the app we rely on service providers including Supabase (hosting, authentication, storage), RevenueCat and the Apple App Store / Google Play (subscriptions), OpenRouter (AI, which routes to Google and OpenAI models), ElevenLabs (read-aloud audio), Google Places (address autocomplete), Resend (reminder emails), and Apple and Google (sign-in). You can permanently delete your Mythic Relationships account and its associated data at any time from the app's Settings. 6. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. Mythic Relationships is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
7. International users
We operate from the United States, and our service providers may process and store your information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws than your own. By using our website or app, you understand that your information will be processed in these locations.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information.
