We try to collect as little personal information as we can, and to be straightforward about what we do with what we collect. This page explains our current practices.
MythicRM is still in development. Once the product launches, this policy will be expanded to cover the data the app itself handles. The sections below describe data collected through this website today.
1. What we collect
- Email correspondence. When you email us, we receive the email address you write from and whatever you choose to include in your message.
- Basic server logs. Like most websites, we may log standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and operational purposes. These logs are kept for a limited period.
2. How we use it
We use your email address only to reply to your message. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
3. Where it lives
Email you send us is handled by our email provider. Standard hosting providers may process request metadata as a necessary part of operating the site. We don't share your information with third parties beyond the service providers that help us run the Service.
4. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@mythicventures.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. We'll honor those rights and respond within the timeframes those laws require.
5. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information.
