These Terms govern your use of Mythic Ventures' website and products. They're written to be plain and honest. By using our services, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By visiting mythicventures.ai, contacting us, or using any product we publish (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. About Mythic Ventures
Mythic Ventures, LLC is an independent software studio based in Carmel, Indiana. We design and publish thoughtful AI-powered lifestyle applications. Our first product, MythicRM, is in development and is not yet generally available. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean Mythic Ventures, LLC.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Accounts
Today the Service is limited to informational pages and a contact form. When you contact us, you give us permission to reply to you about your message. You can ask us to remove your information at any time by emailing hello@mythicventures.ai.
Once products that require accounts become available, additional terms specific to those products may apply, and we'll make those terms available before you create an account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Submit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or that contains malware.
- Use automated means (scrapers, bots) to collect data from the Service without our written consent.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its visual design, text, graphics, code, and the "Mythic Ventures" and "MythicRM" names and marks, is the property of Mythic Ventures, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to us (for example, a message sent through our contact form). By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Pre-launch features are provided on an experimental basis and may change or be discontinued without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mythic Ventures, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will survive.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated where reasonable. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Indiana, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
